I’d like to eat at a different restaurant. Is that possible?

We are currently only working with participating restaurants. The requirements for this are that the restaurant is located directly on the water, the menu must be accessible in terms of both offerings and prices, and the restaurant can make good use of our extra table.


I would like to register as a restaurant; is that possible?

We’re thrilled that you’d like to register as a restaurant! Send us an email with the name of the restaurant, its location, the menu, and your contact details to [email protected]


I have an allergy or other special dietary requirements. Can these be accommodated?

No problem! All kitchens can make special adjustments to the dishes on the menu. Please let us know in advance so we’re aware of any changes.

 

What if it’s cold and rainy on the day of my reservation?

No problem, we always sail! The saloon boat is covered and equipped with heating, comfortable cushions, and soft fleece blankets. Even on a sweltering summer evening, the boat is a wonderful place to be; the opening window at the front provides the necessary cooling.

Is dining in the Canal Restaurant safe?

We do everything we can to ensure everyone fully enjoys their experience on the water. We take all measures very seriously. That’s why the captain sits behind a Plexiglas screen, and guests sit at the front table, where they can serve themselves. Whether it’s a glass of wine or a soft drink, a coffee afterward, cutlery, or an extra napkin, everything is within easy reach. You can even take your plates from the server by opening the side window. Of course, hand sanitizer is always available!

Is the boat suitable for children?

The saloon boat is safe and fun for all ages! If they do get bored, we have fun coloring pages and pencils available.
